Our industry is about growing income. What I don’t understand is all the fees they keep tacking on to build revenue. App fee I get, then let’s add administration fee for use of paper, software,etc. Oh that not enough, let tack on utility fee, common area fee, service of notice fee, move out cleaning fee, Omg! By the time you move in on top of your prorated move in cost you have all these fees ,all your hard earning money to give to me just because I said you have to give to me before I can if you the keys to your new home. Don’t get me started on fees behind the scenes inside your rent that you don’t even know about. Rent increase is not enough, we need to find more ways to generate more fees.
