Might I suggest to you that every adversity you face in your life is an opportunity for education.
Might I also suggest that it is incumbent upon you to sometimes be a teacher and to sometimes be a student.
And lastly, when you avoid giving someone feedback you cheat two people out of an education.
You cheat the person who needs the feedback out of being a better person/professional. And you cheat yourself out of being a better leader.
Embrace moments of truth and don’t be afraid of courageous conversation.
