Are annual Employee Reviews a thing of the past? Should they be?
Here are my thoughts – sticking with the video format more out of an effort to get comfortable in front of the camera.
Let me know your thoughts on the subject. Would love to know what you think of this age-old tool.

I agree Mike. Annual review is still important, but more frequent check points are desired. Personnel performance can be full time job itself.
It would be cool if on the associate intranet there was a feedback tally that only the associate and maybe their superior could see where managers/co-workers could give feedback, like a 360 mechanism. Then the associate could log in to see any new feedback right after something happened and we could also keep better track of good things during the year because now we have a running list. Good idea Mike!
I was just working on employee reviews so this is good timing. Sometimes it feels like a chore, so this was a good reminder of how important it is to provide the feedback.
I happen to know this cool training/lms company that has that tool available 🙂
