Caught this story this morning. My apologies if many of you have seen it already. It speaks to a so-called demand factor being produced by the foreclosure maket and other factors. I don’t buy the idea that demand is being ramped up as I think there are too many off-setting factors. Nevertheless it is worth the two minutes it takes to watch.
