I spoke to Eric via email just a couple of days a go in hopes to be a part of his beta testing and I am excited to see what comes of it. The concept is awesome and could bring some level of challenge to the traditional internet listing services. Moreover, it is really going to move toward making actually company internet sites less and less meaningful.
My initial reaction to this platform is to suggest to apartment owners not to invest to heavily on your internet sites. Sure make them nice and inviting and above all user friendly. And, stay away from flash. It’s to slow, drives me crazy. Back to the point. Sites like RentWiki are going to quickly become the the front door to your internet site.
Pay attention to this one my friends as it will be big news.

I’m excited to check it out, as well. They use social media with apartment prospects in a similar way to how we use social media for apartment residents.
By the way, I’ve really enjoyed your blog since I started reading a couple of weeks ago!
