Is it to early to think about the generation that was born into the year 2000 to now. For all intents and purposes these little guys and gals could be renting apartments just 10 short years from now.
If you are property management company and you want to get a leg up on the competition then start planning now. That is not to suggest you will be able to nail things like marketing and in the same breath I think you get your infrastructure set now. One suggestion; Be Nimble and not Nebbish.
