How many of you still use the brochure as a marketing piece for your apartment community or apartment floor plans? How many of you, the last time you shopped for a home, condo, car or apartment home, really took the time to look at the brochure? How many of you received one? How many of you cared to receive one? How many of you felt guilty about throwing it away later?
How many of you would rather tailor the apartment home brochure to fit your need, i.e. a map, directions, the amenities that you cared about, the floor plan, the phone number, etc…?
Just curious what you think.
I think we are seeing the death of the expensive brochure. I think generation green would agree and would suggest that we save our monies and the environment as well.
