Our chief aim is to be the number one over the top facilitator of drawing latent talent out of people! Talent is out there everywhere. It sits right outside of your office door. Are you out there in the thick of it or are you buried in your email? Are you buried in that report that is due now?

I completely agree with this. And one of the reasons I do so much is because I see way too many environments not conducive to this concept.

I will sit down and watch that show, and before that 1/2 hour is over will wind up with 4 front and back pages of ideas for my team.
I just have one question:
Why can’t I get a huge gong for the office, and each prospect who leases gets to hit it really hard?
