Coming from the world of multifamily sales (keeping in mind I got my start on site) commission is an important word when I have depended on that word for years and years to provide for my family. Just the word commission drives several emotions in me. On my side I live and die every month by commission. As a leasing agent or on site personnel you have been trained that commission is a form of success and obviously affects your compensation. Are you more vested in a potential resident who will make you money or a tenured resident who is going to take up your time? It’s an interesting conversation. I think your position is a curious one. You have to present value and justification for this kind of apodtion like I have to present value and justification for Infotycoon. Hope all is well. AJ
