As many of you all might now, I set up a new “Multifamily Insiders” Facebook group (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=45902715371) to coordinate all things multifamily through Facebook. A week and a half later, I started up a similar group on LinkedIn (http://www.linkedin.com/e/gis/119845/18A1611CB19E). But this might interest you: Within 2 days, the number of LinkedIn members surpassed the Facebook group! I guess there are that many more multifamily members on LinkedIn compared to Facebook, or does it have more to do with how the sites “publicize” the groups through their respective feeds? I have a feeling that Facebook is suffering from overload – it’s too hard to keep up with all of the invitations, applications, etc that are thrown at you constantly. More relevant points are bound to slip through…
