I read recently that hardwood is turning into a very viable flooring option. I wonder what the community thinks.
I am thinking in terms of economy and sustainability and practicality. Let me know your thoughts.

Mike, Our experience yields that laminate flooring that replicates hardwood/pergo is a great value. It is about double of what carpet is, but wears like iron and residents love it. The same applies to stained concrete if the application supports it. Too, You will get a huge marketing edge form either product over carpet, Hands down do it, but expect resistance from ownership over the initial cost difference, but Do9 It Anhyway,
