Everyone should have one of these signs set and ready to install at a moments notice. Imagine the remark-ability you would get with not only the mother to be but the residents who live around her. You could blog about it and it would be blogged about.

Ok, this is my fair housing cynical moment of the day. Could a single person bring a fair housing complaint saying that familial status was garnering specific benefits to one person compared to another? I know that is ridiculous, which is kind of why I mentioned it – another example of why fair housing is implemented incorrectly, which ends up lessening our ability to provide great service with unique situations.
I hate these signs, I think they’re biased and stupid. :)~
I disagree with you Jennifer. I see Eric’s point about a possible fair housing issue, but I think that the idea is GREAT! It’s the little things that we do that make the difference to our residents.
