Yes, I’ve heard of this site and I haven’t used it as much as I have pmjobs.com (or apartmentjobs.com). Our company doesn’t participate in posting to these very often, but my previous company did quite a bit of recruiting through these sites.
In Atlanta, our local apartment association recently launched atlantaapartmentjobs.com as a resource for its members. This was something that started just after NAA launched their own site and was based in part on that and feedback from local owner/managers.
