Think about taking this in to schools, universities, HR fairs etc. to present amazing virtual tours of your various communities. Think about each and every participant being seated behind a lap top that has your application which is of course integrated with the credit scoring mechanism. And, think about having a central printer at the back of the room that prints out a confirmation armed with a bar code. Not just any bar code but a bar code that is read by the scanner right below the actual door knob to their actual new apartment door. With one scan of the paper the door pops open and they are in.

I remember about 9 years ago at Multihousing World in Chicago, JPI launched/announced their new initiative JPI 2000. One of their goals: to have a holographic leasing professional at their properties. Too bad it never happened; I would have liked to have seen that and how it worked out.

A similar technology that I really like is the SalesTouch kiosk system by CPS (www.cpsusa.com).
It’s a slick interactive platform that can automatically update floorplans, pricing and availability, then print out the custom sales data for the prospect or staff member.
