If your product is sub-par or of marginal quality. We can market (create demand) all day long and if the quality of what you are trying to sell is off then it is all for naught. It happens on two levels. First, the sales team doesn’t believe in what they are trying to sell. Second, the consumer is both picky and smart. That, meaning than can smell even a great sales spin from a thousand miles away and they have standards.

If your occupancy is struggling or stagnant take a look at your product. Do you believe it in with your heart of hearts? With your soul?
