    In keeping with the trend of the most progressive and successful Multi Family organizations across the nation, Urbane Apartments launched a 24/7 Urbane Call Center in August 2006, The Urbane Call Center answers all phone calls 24/7 before the third ring anytime day or night, seven days a week.

    All calls are categorized into one of three groups at the Call Center by trained and experienced operators with pre determined scripts for, 1) Leasing, 2) Maintenance Request or 3) Resident Issues. Each sorted and categorized call is electronically transferred to the appropriate Urbane Associate to be handled and processed as normal course of business. Each electronic transfer from the Call Center to each Urbane Associate is tracked, measured and managed through Outlook Tasks.

    This cutting edge process allows multiple efficiencies to Urbane as a whole, in addition to a much enhanced customer experience at each point of contact we have with an Urbane Resident. We are able to manage significantly more units per person than industry standard, thus driving down our Operating Costs per unit, which in turn provides better returns and value for our investors and partners.

    Another great thing is Craigslist. Though your posts are not on the site for longer than a few days, if you post once a day or so… you can also get hits off of search engines. We get a lot of calls and visits from people searching for apartments on Craigslist; it’s a great resource!
