It is snowing in the mid-west tonight, Feb 5, 2008. What if you scraped the ice and snow off of your residents cars tomorrow? WOW, would they be overwhelmed and impressed!!!! I know I would.

Another comparison of our industry to the hotel industry… I had a GM who would go out and scrape off cars in the hotel parking lot. That’s dedication. I thought he was crazy. 🙂
