Is this how we treat our clientele? We see them, we craft a lie for them and then tell it to them? And, we tell it with passion.
Are we still marketing luxury when we are a B or C grade apartment community? Are we highlighting famous service when we still average a two or three day response time? Do we advertise top quality when we have marginal quality at best?
Transparency and authenticity are ruling the day. It’s time to stop misrepresenting reality to our clients. If we don’t, get ready for the apartmentratings bomb that is sure to come.
