CCS was established in 1989 and is a construction and inspection business that has concentrated their expertise in residential, condo and apartment construction, building repairs and different types of inspections.
Owner Anthony R. Perez has been a licensed contractor since 1989, CCS is now licensed in 5’five’ classifications including the prestigious A engineering, he has continued studies in building sciences and building codes and has obtained several certificates of accomplishment, here are a few.
1- A ‘certified’ (ICC) International code council residential general and plumbing inspector, this is the same requirement that a municipal inspector is to obtain.
2- A Ca. licensed structural pest control ‘field representative’ (inspector) for termites and other wood destroying organisms such as wood destroying fungi.
3- A Ca. licensed pest control applicator (inspector) for general pests such roaches, rats and other vermin.
4- A ‘certified’ NACHI inspector trained to locate building defects, moisture intrusions.
5- ‘Certified’ in building sciences, infrared thermal imaging, and green building.
Specialty works, we have some of latest technology in inspection equipment and leak detection equipment that allows use to locate hidden defects, infestations, poisonous gases, flammable gases, underground water leaks and other serious problems without any damage or very little damages to the building.

As a certified (ICC) International Code Council Building Code inspector (certificate# B1 & P1 8028045) and 21 year contractor in 5 classifications, CCS conducts construction defect inspections to assist in clarifying construction claims or assisting in ones defenses. We also conduct all types of inspections including termite, toxic mold & wood fungus.
Building defects and latent defects we are able to conduct inspections when there are possible or apparent defects in the foundation, stucco, framing or any major component of a building, if required we also have a structural engineer to assist us in determining the cause and the required corrections.
Defects caused by sub-standard workmanship we are able to document and determine substandard workmanship as well as determining the exact cause and making any necessary corrections. Our computer generated reports are professional; ink stamped and is ‘legally applicable’ in a court of law, arbitration, etc.
Water and moisture intrusion we have extensive experience, training and own high tech equipment to locate all types of water leaks, moisture intrusions and Fungi intrusions and with very little or zero destructive damages to the building and/or living areas, in most cases only drilling a ‘one and a half inch’ hole is all that is required.
Ca. licensed termite and WDO inspector difficult to locate wood destroying organisms such as wood fungi, termites and other insects. (Also a licensed applicator) pest control services available.
Ca. licensed in ‘5’ classifications since 1989, we also perform several repair, service and construction services.
