This is certainly a great tool and should be utilized, however, it and other pricing metric tools will not help anyone Break From Apartment Commodity. For boutique apartment operators such as Urbane Apartments or Boutique Apartments in Denver (These guys have done some great things, they just don’t talk much), where our one bedroom, one bath units are going to be $200 plus more per unit per month than the average, it doesn’t bode well There is no value placed on Resident Experience. My point here is, we do not price our apartments based on what others around us are doing, and neither will anyone who has created a Blue Ocean.
