effort to assist with relief efforts for the thousands of victims displaced by

17,000 apartment listings to the National Housing Locator System (NHLS) via
Citizant, an organization that supports
disaster recovery efforts for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD). ForRent.com is a product of For Rent Media Solutions™,

government professional technical solutions. The NHLS is used by various first
responders such as FEMA, HUD and Red Cross in the event of a disaster.
The system contains vacant housing data from numerous government and commercial
data sources—such as ForRent.com—and serves as a centralized
database so that first responders can locate available housing for families
displaced by disaster.
