Hey,
I am the writer of this post and I was surprised to see it here. Price
did matter at 1st this being a temporary situation until our is house
done being built. Although as I saw apartments and what we had to
choose from the price of the apartment went out the window.
Cleanliness, Ammenities, safety and the view mattered most. I would
rather be comfortable for the next few months than to pay somewhat less
and feel un-comfortable and feel un-safe in your own home.
