Eric and his team have it right!!!! Nice and famous. I am thinking 2008 will be insanely great for these guys. This is their first stab and incorporating Youtube into their marketing strategy and I must say I am impressed. The only thing I would add is a call to action at the end. The logo rocks, maybe drop the URL in under it or dare I say the phone number.

Social media: creation of the niche
Social media is doing nothing more than comingling perfect target
audiences. They are taking most of the guess work out of finding those you want to market to (Myspace, Facebook). How we harness that is the next question. Go where they are and quit trying to get them to come to you. (For Rent and Apartment Guide).
