Apartment marketing: HDTV’s will become standard issue
I predict that flat screen HDTV’s will become standard issue in apartments across the country. They will be not unlike stoves, dishwashers or refrigerators.
What do you think?
Then we will see the media wall come into existence. Keep a look out for the uses of GRID technologies. You think touch screens are cool, just wait. It’s running rampant in the European research communities and will likely find a domestic outlet real soon. Think yellowbook.com commercials that depict the girl with a tattoo of Mike on her back on her way to marry Tom.

Digital Pens and the leasing process
I wonder when the digital pen will make it to the apartment space. Can you see the day when LC’s carry a small device not unlike Apple associates use at Apple stores to ring up transactions.
Everything from likes, dislikes, lease dates, credit card payment for deposit to lease terms and digital signatures could be collected on the spot and wirelessly communicated to MRI, Yardi, etc… Heck, we could even set up a move in day gift to arrive from a third party marketing partner who sponsors our new move ins.
Okay, who is the really smart gal/guy in our bunch that can make that happen?
