In an industry full of distractions (that might be an understatement in multifamily), focus separates strong operators from average ones. Chasing too many initiatives at once dilutes execution and exhausts teams. Amen!
Focus doesn’t mean doing less forever; it means doing the right things well, in sequence. Leaders who protect focus reduce confusion and increase follow-through.
Clarity about what won’t be worked on is just as important as clarity about what will.
